Terms of service

The service is provided by Datafuel S.r.l. [registered office · VAT IT00000000000]. You must be 18 or older and, if acting for a company, authorised to bind it. Accounts are personal to the customer; sub-users may be created from the dashboard.

• Residential, Mobile, ISP and Datacenter proxies, delivered through gw.datafuel.ai and documented at docs.datafuel.ai.
• Scraping APIs (Unlocker, Crawl, Map, LLM Scraper) delivered through scraping-api.datafuel.ai.
• Features marked “coming soon” or “beta” may change or be withdrawn without notice.
• We may update the service; we will not materially reduce core functionality of a paid plan during its term without notice.

• Proxies are billed per GB (residential, mobile) or per IP per period (ISP, datacenter). Scraping APIs are billed per successful request; failed requests are free.
• Purchased traffic and credits never expire while the account is active.
• Prices are shown excluding VAT; VAT is applied according to your billing country and status.
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period unless cancelled from the dashboard before renewal.
• Refunds are governed by the Refund policy.

You are responsible for the traffic you send through the network and for complying with applicable law and target websites' terms where they bind you. The Acceptable use policy is part of these terms; violations may lead to suspension without refund.

• Target availability of 99.9% for gateways and APIs, measured monthly and published at status.datafuel.ai.
• Enterprise agreements may include service credits; self-serve plans do not.
• Support is available 24/7 via live chat, Discord, Telegram and Slack.

Datafuel retains all rights in the service, documentation and SDK. You retain all rights in the data you collect; Datafuel claims no ownership of it and does not store request or response bodies.

The service is provided “as is” beyond the commitments in these terms. To the extent permitted by law, Datafuel's aggregate liability in any 12-month period is limited to the fees paid in that period, and neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing limits liability for wilful misconduct, gross negligence or where limitation is not permitted by law.

• You may close your account at any time from the dashboard.
• We may suspend an account immediately for security threats, non-payment or breach of the Acceptable use policy, and terminate with 30 days' notice for convenience.
• On termination, unused prepaid balance is handled under the Refund policy; account data is deleted within 30 days except where retention is required by law.

These terms are governed by Italian law. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [Turin], without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
