This notice applies to Consumers who buy Datafuel Services online. It supplements the Terms of Service, the Refund Policy, the Privacy Policy, the AUP, the SLA where applicable, and the Scraping API Terms where applicable.

2. Main characteristics of the Services
Datafuel provides digital network and data-access services.
The Services include Residential, Mobile, ISP, and Datacenter proxy products; VPS; and Scraping APIs, including Unlocker, SERP, LLM Scraper, Crawl, and Map.
Consumption proxy products are generally billed by GB. Dedicated static ISP, Datacenter, and Mobile products are billed per IP and plan period. VPS products are billed according to the selected plan. Scraping APIs are billed in Credits through plans or PAYG packs.
The selected Order states the product, features, limits, price, period, and any applicable SLA.
Datafuel does not promise that a target website, domain, search engine, model, or platform will always be accessible. Datafuel does not guarantee a particular success rate or result except for an express SLA commitment.
3. Price and taxes
Prices are displayed in USD. The checkout shows the total amount payable, including applicable taxes, before the Consumer submits the Order.
If the payment provider displays an EUR estimate or performs a currency conversion, the checkout or payment page identifies the applicable exchange rate and any conversion charge before payment. The amount charged may depend on the payment provider and the exchange rate applied at the time of payment. The USD price remains the contractual price unless the checkout expressly states otherwise.
4. Payment, performance, and duration
Payment may be made by card through Stripe, by bank transfer where offered, by cryptocurrency through CoinGate, or through local payment methods provided by Payssion.
Datafuel begins performance after the Order is accepted and payment is authorised, unless the Order states a later start date.
Consumption Traffic bought without commitment does not expire. Traffic bought with a commitment expires at the end of the commitment if it is not renewed.
Dedicated Products expire at the end of the selected daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, or annual period.
API plan Credits follow the plan period and roll over as stated in the plan. PAYG Credits do not expire.
5. Automatic renewal
Automatic renewal is ON by default for renewing plans. Datafuel sends email notices 7, 3, and 1 day before the scheduled charge.
The Consumer can stop renewal from the dashboard or by contacting support before the renewal charge. Stopping renewal does not end the current paid period.
Auto top-up is separate and is opt-in only. It is not activated by automatic renewal.
Before payment, the checkout identifies the renewal period, the renewal price or calculation method, the charge timing, and the method for cancelling renewal. The Consumer receives the contract confirmation and renewal information on a durable medium.
6. Right of withdrawal
Unless an exception applies, the Consumer may withdraw from the distance contract within 14 days from the day on which the contract is concluded, without giving a reason.
To meet the deadline, the Consumer must send the withdrawal notice before the end of the 14-day period. The Consumer may use the model form in Section 9 or any other clear statement of the decision to withdraw.
Where the contract is concluded through an online interface, Datafuel will make an online withdrawal function available during the withdrawal period. The function will allow the Consumer to identify the contract, submit the withdrawal, and receive an acknowledgement on a durable medium.
7. Immediate performance and proportional payment
The Consumer may ask Datafuel to begin performance immediately during the withdrawal period by actively selecting the separate checkout checkbox in Section 8.
The Consumer must also acknowledge that the withdrawal right is lost once a service is fully performed, where the statutory conditions are met. If the Consumer withdraws after performance has begun but before it is fully performed, the Consumer owes a proportionate amount for what was supplied up to the time Datafuel receives the withdrawal notice.
If the required express request, acknowledgement, or confirmation is missing, Datafuel will not charge the Consumer for performance during the withdrawal period to the extent required by law.
What counts as full performance
Consumption Traffic: full performance occurs when the purchased Traffic has been fully consumed or the purchased request capacity has been fully used and Datafuel has made the corresponding Service available for use. If only part has been used when withdrawal is received, the charge is proportionate to the Traffic or capacity used.
Dedicated Products: full performance occurs when the dedicated IP or VPS has been provisioned and the agreed dedicated service period has fully elapsed, or earlier where the dedicated period has been fully supplied and cannot be returned. If the Consumer withdraws after the dedicated Service has started, the charge is proportionate to the period supplied, subject to mandatory law.
API Credits: full performance occurs when the purchased Credits have been fully consumed or the API plan period has fully elapsed after the Consumer requested immediate performance. If only part of the Credits or period has been supplied when withdrawal is received, the charge is proportionate to the Credits used or period supplied.
These descriptions do not limit any statutory right or remedy. The applicable legal classification of a product may affect the withdrawal analysis.
8. Exact checkout wording
The following checkbox must be separate from acceptance of the Terms and must not be pre-selected:
“I expressly request Double C S.r.l. to begin providing the Service immediately, before the 14-day withdrawal period ends. I acknowledge that, once the Service has been fully performed, I will lose my statutory right of withdrawal. If I withdraw after performance has begun but before it is fully performed, I agree to pay the proportionate amount for the Service provided up to the time of withdrawal.”
The checkout should also include a separate acknowledgement where digital content or a digital service is supplied immediately:
“I acknowledge that the Service may be supplied immediately after payment and that the statutory conditions for loss of the right of withdrawal after full performance apply.”
The order button must clearly state that submitting the Order creates an obligation to pay.
9. Model withdrawal form

I/We hereby give notice that I/We withdraw from my/our contract for the following Service:
Service or Order ID: *____*__
Ordered on: *_____*___
Consumer name: *_____
Consumer address: *____*_____
Consumer email: *_____
Date: *______*__
Signature of Consumer(s), only if this form is notified on paper:
The form is not mandatory. Any unequivocal statement of withdrawal sent before the deadline is sufficient.
10. Refunds after withdrawal
Datafuel refunds payments received from the Consumer without undue delay and, in any event, within 14 days after receiving the withdrawal notice.
The refund is made using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless the Consumer expressly agrees to another method and incurs no fee as a result.
If a payment method cannot receive a refund, including certain cryptocurrency transactions, Datafuel will use a bank transfer or another equivalent method agreed with the Consumer.
Where immediate performance was requested, Datafuel may deduct the proportionate amount for the Service supplied before withdrawal. No deduction applies where the legal information, express request, acknowledgement, or confirmation required for the charge was not provided.
The business-customer refund rule and the non-refundable treatment of cryptocurrency and local-payment transactions do not limit the Consumer’s statutory withdrawal rights.
11. Legal guarantee for digital Services
Consumers have statutory legal guarantees of conformity for digital content and digital Services. These rights apply independently of any commercial refund policy or SLA.
Datafuel must provide the digital Service as agreed and maintain conformity for the applicable supply period. The Consumer may use the statutory remedies where the Service is not supplied or does not conform, subject to the applicable legal conditions.
12. Complaints and ADR
Complaints should first be sent to support@datafuel.ai or legal@datafuel.ai, with the Order ID and a clear description of the issue. Datafuel will review the complaint and respond through the contact method provided.
Datafuel is not currently stating that it has committed to a specific ADR body. If Datafuel is not obliged to participate in a particular ADR procedure, the Consumer may still use any mandatory ADR mechanism available under applicable law or bring proceedings before the competent Consumer forum.
The Consumer may also contact the European Consumer Centre network for assistance in a cross-border dispute. The former EU ODR platform is not referenced because it was discontinued in 2025.
13. Governing law and forum
Italian law applies, subject to mandatory protections applicable to the Consumer.
The Consumer may bring proceedings before the court of the Consumer’s place of residence or domicile where mandatory law provides that forum.
This notice implements the pre-contractual information requirements in Article 49 of the Consumer Code, the 14-day period in Article 52, online withdrawal requirements in Article 54-bis, reimbursement rules in Article 56, proportional payment in Article 57, and service and digital-content exceptions in Article 59. The model form is based on the official Annex I, Part B model form. Digital-service conformity rules are reflected in Article 135-decies and Article 135-undecies.
